The SRI “HEARTS” Program is about getting off to a wonderful start
With introductions to friendly neighbors and a warm, caring staff, our HEARTS Program is in place to ensure each new resident experiences a smooth transition into their new home. We want to make sure that your interests, unique skills, and personal needs are being met by offering customized programs designed specially for you. Our HEARTS Program is about feeling welcomed, comfortable and secure in your new home and life.
Care as active as you need it to be.
SRI-managed communities feature wellness programs, managed care and emergency response systems, and are fully capable of providing the most complete and appropriate care available in senior living today. Team members are trained to meet the needs of residents in their respective community.
Real Nurses
SRI Assisted Living and Memory Care communities are staffed with Licensed Practical nurses who can provide a higher level of care due to the company’s Extended Congregate Care licensing standard.
Extended Congregate Care (ECC)
ECC is a specialty license, a standard in SRI Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. A community with an ECC license allows residents to age in place by providing the basic services included in SRI Management’s Standard License, as well as limited nursing services, total help with bathing, dressing, grooming/toileting and dietary management, including special diets.
Customized care and services
SRI Assisted Living community residents receive customized care and services, including staff available 24/7 to assist with daily needs. In our Memory Care communities, we offer a variety of care options that can be personalized for each resident’s needs, and care can be seamlessly adjusted as time goes on.
“Live the Moment. Love the Moment.”
SRI Memory Care community team members join the journey that residents are experiencing by looking at the situation from the resident’s perspective, “entering” their reality and attempting to identify actions that would be appropriate if the situation really existed. A true dedication and commitment to treat our residents as we would want to be treated – – with respect, dignity and worth.
