Our HEARTS Program is about getting off to a wonderful start
With introductions to friendly neighbors and a warm, caring staff, our HEARTS Program is in place to ensure each new resident experiences a smooth transition into their new home. We want to guarantee that your interests, unique skills, and personal needs are being met with our customized programs designed specially for you. Our HEARTS Program is about feeling welcomed, comfortable, and secure in your new home and life.
Care as active as you need it to be.
From wellness programs, managed care and emergency response systems, our communities are fully capable of providing the most complete care available in senior living today. Each team member is trained to meet the unique needs of our residents.
We believe that care is vital to security and quality of life. Our assisted living and memory care communities are staffed with licensed nurses, rather than medical techs, and capable of a higher level of care.
Extended Congregate Care (ECC)
ECC is a specialty license for assisted living and memory care facilities (ALFs). Not all ALFs are licensed to provide ECC services. An ALF with an ECC license can provide measurement and recording of vital signs and weight; dietary management; supervise residents with dementia and/or cognitive impairments; and various other services.
Customized Care and Services
Our assisted living residents receive customized care and services, with staff available 24/7 to assist with daily needs. In our memory care communities, we offer a variety of care options that can be personalized for each resident’s needs, and their care can be seamlessly adjusted as time goes on.
“Live the Moment. Love the Moment.”
Our team members join the journey that our residents are experiencing by looking at the situation from the resident’s perspective, “entering” their reality and attempting to identify actions that would be appropriate if the situation really existed, as the resident perceives it. A true dedication and commitment to treat our residents as we would want to be treated–with respect, dignity and worth.
