Our Promise to You
Nothing is more important to us than making sure your decision to move into our community meets your expectations and satisfaction. We understand you truly might not know if this is the best decision for you until you actually move into your new apartment.
If you are unsatisfied with the services at our community after you move in and decide this is not the best living situation for you, we will refund your community deposit and any rent you have paid.* Our mission is to treat you as we would like to be treated, and we are serious about meeting the highest levels of your expectations.
If at any time within 30 days of your move-in date, we do not meet your expectations, you can elect to leave our community whenever you would like. Your stay with us is on a month-to-month basis; we do not and will not lock you into a long-term lease.
Whether you are coming into our community or leaving, please know we are here to help you and your family make the best move for you.
*Resident must move in and reside in an apartment. Refunded deposit will follow the amount specified in the lease agreement. Care charges are excluded.
